Calming stay downtown

I found the location very central it was easy to walk to many attractions. The parking garage nearby was easy to find and access. Breakfast on the fifth floor included a beautiful area with abundant natural light.

The staff didn't mention our stay during checkout and I felt that was a shame.

I LOVED the beautiful decor throughout the hotel. My room was spacious and it featured air conditioning. Breakfast offered many choices, and the coffee tasted great. The hotel's central location made it easy for exploring.

The room window faced inward, and opening it meant looking directly into a neighboring room. More privacy would have helped.

The hotel features polished concrete floors and exposed brickwork in the hallways. The ensuite shower has a LARGE shower head offering a refreshing experience. A VERY nearby outside parking garage provides convenient parking options just 100m away.

The staff was very KIND at all times. They provided excellent attention upon arrival and throughout my stay. I appreciated the helpfulness of the reception staff in answering questions and providing directions.

Breakfast took place on the top floor, an amazing experience! There was a wide variety of options available each morning, from pastries to fresh fruit. The coffee tasted great. I enjoyed EVERYTHING.

The bathroom had a persistent mold stain on the ceiling. It was quite noticeable. i find it unacceptable in a supposedly renovated room. the staff did not address the issue

The location is quite central.. it is close to many attractions.

I found the lack of a TV in the room surprising, especially considering it was listed as an amenity. The building finishes seemed questionable. The walls seemed like thin plasterboard, not ideal for soundproofing.

The location was convenient as it allowed easy access to nearby attractions.

The room clearly needed an update as the bathroom had visible mold. There were no tea or coffee facilities available in the room I stayed in or anywhere else within the hotel for guest use. I also noted a lack of engagement from the reception staff during check-out which was disappointing.
